Role overview
Our client is a well-established UAE holding company with a strong focus on forward-thinking, innovative, and creative technology and AI solutions. Due to movement within the team, the client is looking to hire a Banking and Finance lawyer with at least three years' PQE to join their dynamic and highly regarded team based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
Key responsibilities
- Structure and negotiate finance deals, managing a range of complex financing agreements including, but not limited to, corporate loans, vendor financing, and investment agreements
- Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations
- Support cross-border transactions, managing international partnerships, joint ventures, and investments
- Provide legal support on innovative financial technologies, blockchain, and digital assets
Candidate profile
- Common law qualified with at least three years' PQE
- Experienced in managing a range of banking and finance deals
- Able to demonstrate strong technical ability and commercial awareness
- Experienced at a recognised regional or international firm, with some in-house experience
- Confident in managing senior stakeholders
- (Desirable) Arabic language skills
