Role overview
Our client is one of the Middle East's largest real estate developers and investors. The organisation is currently developing and managing some of the region's most prestigious and high-profile residential, commercial, and retail projects. Due to internal movement, our client is seeking to hire a Real Estate Lawyer. This is an excellent opportunity to join a strong legal team and work across a number of landmark developments.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a range of projects across the retail, commercial, and residential property portfolio
- Advise on real estate acquisitions, disposals, and leasing
- Conduct due diligence on real estate acquisitions
Candidate profile
- At least eight years' PQE
- Strong experience across a broad range of real estate matters
- Strong technical skills and commercial awareness
- Experience with a recognised regional or international law firm, with some in-house experience preferred
- Confident in managing senior stakeholders
- (Desirable) Arabic language skills
