Role overview
Our client is a leading Abu Dhabi-based organisation driving innovation across technology, AI and digital infrastructure. Due to growth, the organisation is seeking a Technology (TMT) Lawyer to join its expanding legal function.
Key responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate software, licensing, technology services and cloud agreements
- Advise on data protection, cybersecurity and digital policy
- Support product development, digital transformation and technology procurement
- Provide legal guidance on IP, digital assets and emerging technologies
- Work closely with innovation, IT and strategy teams
Candidate profile
- Common law qualified with 5+ years' PQE
- Experienced in TMT, technology contracting and data protection
- Commercially minded with exposure to fast-moving digital sectors
- Experienced at a recognised international firm or technology-focused organisation
