Role overview
Our client is an international law firm with a well-established presence across the Middle East. Due to movement in the team, this firm is looking to hire a Paralegal to support its Litigation practice in Dubai. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's fee earners on contentious matters from instruction, with genuine involvement in bilingual drafting, case management and client-facing coordination. This is a strong opportunity to join a busy, well-regarded litigation team with real exposure to cross-border and multi-jurisdictional disputes work.
Key responsibilities
- Support fee earners across contentious matters from instruction
- Draft, review and translate legal documents and correspondence between Arabic and English
- Manage case files, bundles, evidence and court/tribunal filings
- Liaise with local courts, translators and external counsel
- Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries
Candidate profile
- Fluent Arabic speaker, written and spoken, with strong Arabic drafting skills
- Paralegal or legal support experience within a law firm or in-house legal team
- Litigation exposure preferred (local courts, DIFC/ADGM, arbitration)
- Law degree or equivalent legal qualification preferred
- UAE-based or willing to relocate
